Jesus & Zacchaeus The story of Zacchaeus is found in Luke 19. The story stands in contrast to jesus interactions with a rich young ruler who was unwilling to part with his riches to follow Jesus. This story teaches two important lessons. First we learn that Jesus seeks out broken people and that no one is beyond the reach of his grace. Second, it shows that following Jesus often requires a complete reorientation in how we treat others.
Update on Jan (Joe) Rodocker finished her treatment will follow up doctors to see if cancer is gone.
Pray for Paul (Ursula) Hagelberg who fell and had hip surgery, but is doing well and back home and is recovering.
Every year we support the Fuller Center who works to build, rehab, and preserve homes to help families in need. If you would like to pick up a bank (house) to fill they will be on a table outside the main entrance. You can drop them off at the church during business hours.
Continue to pray for those in our church, their families, and our community, who are struggling with long term illnesses or are recovering from injuries including Kim Mulkey, Jan Rodocker, Carl Schraibman, and Chet & Sue Stratton.
For our Guests. We'd love to learn a little bit about you.
